Titan’s AI-enabled Security Operations Center earns national recognition from YourSix as video monitoring operations scale rapidly

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — In a quiet office building in Overland Park, Kansas, a team of security operators is keeping watch over thousands of locations across the country – aided by artificial intelligence, advanced video analytics, and an increasingly sophisticated network of cameras and drones.

From the Titan Protection Security Operations Center, operators monitor more than 1,800 cameras across client locations, responding in real time to alarms flagged by intelligent analytics that detect suspicious activity such as unauthorized people or vehicles. In February alone, the center processed more than 395,000 alarms across the sites it protects. Those alerts led to multiple real-world interventions – including 15 arrests so far in 2026.

Now, the center’s growing capabilities are earning national recognition. Titan Protection has been named the 2025 New Partner of the Year by YourSix, a leader in direct-to-cloud physical security technology.

The award recognizes Titan’s rapid expansion of the YourSix platform across its monitoring operations. Since first adopting the system in August 2024, Titan has expanded from roughly 300 cameras to more than 1,800, migrating its entire video monitoring infrastructure to the unified platform.

When an alarm triggers, operators review the footage, assess the situation, and determine the appropriate response – which may include dispatching a Titan patrol officer or contacting law enforcement.

Titan’s operations center is the only 5-Diamond monitoring center in the Kansas City region, widely recognized as the gold standard in the professional monitoring industry, and is also UL-certified, confirming it meets rigorous national standards for safety, reliability and resilience.

To maintain uninterrupted monitoring, the facility includes multiple layers of redundancy. Battery backup systems keep the center running while an on-site generator activates, allowing the center to remain operational for days during a major incident or power outage.

That level of reliability has helped support Titan’s broader innovation efforts – including recent FAA approval allowing Titan’s remote pilots to monitor up to four drones simultaneously, further expanding the reach of its security operations.
